2. Definitions
Vendor: A user who lists, sells, or manages digital products via BuckDay.
Affiliate: A user who promotes digital products and earns commissions via approved tracking and links.
User: Any individual or entity accessing BuckDay services.
Content: Any text, images, product listings, or other materials provided by Vendors for Affiliates.
3. Acceptance & Eligibility
By using BuckDay, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old (or possess legal authority to form a binding contract). You must agree to our Privacy Policy and all other policies referenced here.
4. Vendor Terms
Vendors must comply with listing requirements, including product descriptions, photos, and pricing.
Products must accurately represent their digital goods and adhere to content guidelines.
Intellectual property rights belong to Vendors, and they grant BuckDay the right to display such content for promotional and transactional purposes.
Vendors are responsible for any taxes, including applicable sales or VAT.
5. Affiliate Terms
Affiliates must promote products using unique tracking links provided by BuckDay.
Commissions are earned based on verified sales and processed according to the Affiliate or Payout policy.
Affiliates must not engage in misleading promotional activities or violate any anti-spam or advertising standards.
6. Payments & Commissions
Vendors receive payments for product sales in accordance with our payout schedule and after deducting any fees.
Affiliates receive commissions based on successful referrals, as tracked through our system.
BuckDay disburses affiliate earnings upon meeting minimum thresholds and before the designated payout cycle.
7. Returns, Refunds & Funding Policy
Vendors should offer a clear digital product refund policy; if no refunds are provided, affiliates and buyers must be informed.
BuckDay reserves the right to process refunds in line with digital product refund norms and applicable law.
In case of disputes, BuckDay may mediate between Vendor and buyer to resolve issues fairly.
8. Intellectual Property & Content Rights
All content uploaded by Vendors or Affiliates must not infringe on third-party rights.
BuckDay may use, display, promote, and distribute content for site operations and marketing.
Unauthorized use or reproduction of licensed content outside the platform is prohibited.
9. Privacy Policy
Your use of BuckDay is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to our handling of data as described there.
10. Disclaimers & Limitations
BuckDay is provided “as-is” and makes no guarantees regarding accuracy or uninterrupted service.
BuckDay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
11. Termination & Suspension
BuckDay reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms or related policies.
Upon termination, access to content and services may cease immediately without notice.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where BuckDay operates, excluding conflict-of-law provisions.
Any disputes should first attempt to be resolved informally through BuckDay support.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at our discretion. If material changes occur, we’ll notify users (via email or platform announcements) at least 30 days before implementation.
Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
